Appointment Confirmation:

All appointments will be confirmed by text message and the customer must make sure to confirm that appointment within 24 hrs. Please make sure to provide the correct contact information so we can reach you if needed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

Customers who fail to arrive for their appointments without prior notice will be required to provide a deposit or pay in full in order to get a new appointment .

Each appointment may be reschedule one time with at least 24 hours' notice. There will be no fees to pay; we understand things happens. However, multiple requests to reschedule won't be accepted and a deposit will be required in order to get you a new appointment. 

Pricing / Price Quotes:

All price quotes are valid for 15 days from the date they are provided. Due to changes in film pricing, manufacture costs, and scheduling availability, quotes can  change after the 15 days. The quote is only guaranteed once an appointment has been schedules and confirm. 

A new quote will be needed after the 15 days period. 

Price Estimates:

Price estimates are based on the type of vehicle, amount of windows, film selection, or tint percentage, pre-existing window tint. Customer is responsible to provide us the correct information for an accurate quote. Any last minute changes or incorrect information will change your pricing and we might need to reschedule your service date.

Vehicle Disclaimer:

GR Window Tint and Auto Glass LLC is not responsible for any personal belonging left behind on the vehicle. The customer is responsible to remove any personal belonging before the vehicle is service and will need to make sure there is nothing obstructing our work area. We need clear access in order to provide a properly installation specially on windshields and rear back glass. 

Car seats, covers, any items attached to your rear view mirror or windshield area must be removed before your service. We are not responsible for loose or broken items if the customer doesn't remove the objects before we provide the service. 

Window Tint Removal:

Removal of window tint is not included on your price quote for a window tint installation. This service will have an additional cost, and price is based on the type of vehicle, number of windows, age of the film, and labor required. 

Accurate pricing will be provide only on site at our location if we provide a quote over the phone make sure to provide the correct information otherwise this will affect your price quote. 

Price Match:

While we strive to remain competitive. we do not participate in price matching with other shops.

we are unable to provide price match to any of the services we provide. Our pricing reflects the full value of warranty, labor, and quality of materials on every purchase. 

Our prices are carefully structure to ensure we can continue to offer the best service possible to all our customers.

Warranty, Refunds or Exchanges:

All sales are final we do not provide any refunds or exchanges. This policy applies for any service we provided such as Window Tint, Glass Replacements, PPF, etc.  

For warranty claims a original sales receipt is required as proof of service without a valid sales receipt warranty will not be approved. There is no exceptions please make sure to save your invoice or sales receipt we will not provide any copies besides the original given at the service time. Please be aware that warranties are  not transferable.

GR Window Tint and Auto Glass does not warrant any damages made to the tint such as ordinary wear, damaged cause  by road debris, natural causes, accidents, physical impact of rocks, abrasion or scratching, glass breakage or any other acts, occurrences or  defects, failures of damage not related to defects on materials or manufacture products. We recommend avoiding objects, dogs,  to touch your windows since they can easily be damage. Any damages not related to manufacture defects will not be cover  by warranty.   

 Disclaimer: 

GR Window Tint and Auto Glass is not responsible for the customer’s tint choice. Management has informed and  explained the customer about the tint law in the state of New Mexico.  GR Window Tint and Auto Glass will not be held responsible or  liable for window tint installation under or against the legal limit in the state of New Mexico on the side windows, rear window,  and front windshield. This would also include release from damages, court, tickets, judgments, costs of attorney fees or other  litigation expenses. If at any time the customer would like to have a lighter tint installed on the windows it will be the customer’s  responsibility to pay fees for removal and replacement costs. I also understand that the film manufacturer will not honor any  warranty for any illegally tinted windows. 

Card Payment Pricing Notice:

We accept most type of card payments however a 3.5% service fee is added on debit, or credit card payments. 

This fee is additional to taxes and the service price.

We kindly request customers to pay with cash if you don't want to pay a service fee.
